Service Agreement
In order to provides the convenient and high quality service to general passengers , the Hainan Airlines Company Limited( Hereafter refers to as "Hainan Airlines" ) to achieve the online check in, the passengers can check in through the Hainan Airlines E-ticket website by themselves. You need to unconditionally accept the following terms before continuing the online check in!
1. Apply to all electronic tickets of Hainan Airlines except the conjunctive tickets.
2. Applicable customer: Adult, and child. Adults only refer to the general adults, but not available for special passengers such as elderly, disabled-arms, stretcher visitors, VIP, pregnant women. Not available for unaccompanied minors.
3. Adult passenger with infant or child check in online is not recommended.
4. The passengers with checked baggage can check in online only if get the permission of the departure airport, otherwise the baggage check in is not available in the airport after check in online(whether the certain airport will handle the baggage check in is according to the suggestion of the online check in).Check in baggage is must according to the safety security. The items such as beverages contain alcohol, knives and the dangerous goods must be shipped as check in baggage.
5. The promotion begins from Beijing Capital Airport, and then extends to other airports.
6. The ticket which has been checked in on the check in counter will not allowed checking in online again.
7. It is not supported the passengers of transfer, endorsement, open itinerary and international itinerary check in online currently.
8. Passengers shall arrive at the airport 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to pass the security check.
9. As the boarding gate may be changed currently, on arriving at the airport, please check the Flight Dynamic Display or ask the counter of the Hainan Airlines to confirm the boarding gate.
10. The number of seat will be changed and follow the Staff's arrangement in case there is urgency cause the modification of the flight.

Other instructions
1. Passengers should guarantee the legality and validity of their travel documents and strictly comply with regulations made by the related government sectors. If the identification does not consist with the name or is not valid, which leads to failure of timely boarding, the passenger shall assume the responsibilities himself/herself.
2. The passenger who has check in online, don't pass the security check in 30 minutes or board in 10 minutes of the departure, flight will no longer wait for you, the passenger shall assume the responsibilities of missing the flight himself/herself.
3. Person imitating as passenger to check in, if situation is very serious, will be handed over to public security organs.
Hainan Airlines reserves the final right to interpret these Terms and Conditions.
