Fortune Wings Club is managed and operated by Hainan Airlines. |
| 2. |
Fortune Wings is open to individual aged 12 or above.Membership is not available to corporations or other legal entities. |
| 3. |
Fortune Wings Club membership cards are in possession of Hainan Airlines. They are not transferable and may only be used by qualifying members. Misuse of membership cards or program benefits may result in termination of membership of withdrawal of benefits. |
| 4. |
Enrolment forms should be completed correctly and signed by the members. The signature is deemed to be acceptance of these Fortune Wings Club Terms and Conditions, the possible change and supplement in the future. |
| 5. |
If members' cards are not received correctly, spoiled, or lost, members could contact with Fortune Wings Club to deliver members new cards with the same card number. |
| 6. |
Fraud, misrepresentation,abuse or violation of applicable rules (including, but not limited to,Hainan Airlines conditions of carriage and Fortune Wing Club rules) is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by appropriate governmental authorities and Hainan Airlines.Such action may include, without limitation, the forfeiture of all award tickets and any accrued mileage in a member's account, as well as cancellation of the account and the member's future participation in the Fortune Wings Club. In addition, Hainan Airlines reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to recover damages, including its attorney fees incurred in prosecuting any lawsuit. |

Hainan Airlines may, in its discretion, change Fortune Wings Club rules, regulations, travel awards and special offers at any time or terminate this program at any time with or without notice,even if the modification or termination of the program will effect the members' rights to earn kilometers or to redeem awards. This means that the accumulation of kilometers does not entitle program members to any vested rights with respect to such kilometers, awards or program benefits. In accumulating kilometers or award, members may not be able to obtain all offered awards or use awards for all destinations or on all flights. Any award may be withdrawn or subject to increased kilometers requirements or new restrictions at any time. |

Hainan Airlines is not responsible for products or services offered by other participating companies. |
| 9. |
Fortune Wings Club of Hainan Airlines may cancel, interpret or execute all the rules or relevant procedure of the Manual, and reserve the right to make final decision and interpretation. |
| 10. |
Should any dispute arise, the arbitration should be carried out in Haikou. |
| 11. |
This version of Manual should substitute for all issued before. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail. |
¡̣Kilometer Earning
| 1. |
The kilometers or accounts can neither be transferred nor merged, and the kilometers can not be encashed. The members are responsible for the taxes occurring in kilometers redeeming.ii. Kilometers are not accrued on free tickets, tickets with no value, baby tickets, children tickets and any other tickets defined invalid for accruing kilometers by Hainan Airlines.iii.Hainan airlines is the final authority on qualification for kilometers and reserves the right to deny or revoke kilometers at any time if Hainan Airlines determines that kilometers was improperly given. |

Kilometers are not accrued on free tickets, tickets with no value, baby tickets, children tickets and any other tickets defined invalid for accruing kilometers by Hainan Airlines. |

.Hainan airlines is the final authority on qualification for kilometers and reserves the right to deny or revoke kilometers at any time if Hainan Airlines determines that kilometers was improperly given. |

You may accrue kilometers only for purchased, eligible, published-fare tickets on qualifying routes used in accordance with all applicable conditions of carriage, tariffs, rules and terms of ticketing, and travel. Fortune Wings Club kilometers accrual eligibility on partners is subject to change without notice. |
¡̣Kilometer Redemption
| 1. |
The kilometers for redeeming awards should be accrued in single account. The kilometers in different accounts should not be merged unless Fortune Wings Club has stated otherwise. |
| 2. |
The kilometers and relevant awards acquired unlawfully or in breach of regulations will not be redeemed. |
