Endorsement, Modification and Refund

Modification

Modification shall be made before the flight required departure time; once free modification is permitted in case of same level class available and the price in accordance with the advance purchase time limit; otherwise you shall pay the price lag and upgrade to at least 60% discount class.

After flight departure, modification is unavailable and ticket is void, only YQ and CN of unused segment can be refunded.

You can refund I hhn Hainan Airlines ticketing offices when flight is abnormal.

Other regulations

Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other airlines promotions of Hainan Airlines.

Holders of Golden Deer Card will be treated as ordinary passengers, the ticket can not enjoy discount twice.

Unavailable for special passengers of limited transaction.
