1. Definition:
 

The journey that commences at the position of departure and finishes at the point of destination, and return over the same route could be referred to as an round trip. The whole journey can be divided into two parts, one is outgoing trip and the other is return trip. Passengers purchasing round trip tickets will enjoy a 5% discount.
2. Applicable Terms:
 
1. Customers: individual travelers, but not available for special passengers.
2. Customer type: round-trip
3. Routes: Any major or feeder routes operated by Hainan Airlines not applicable to charter flights
4. Area: Mainland China
5. Ticket: Hainan Airlines manual Ticket (paper or e-ticket), BSP Ticket (paper ticket or e-ticket)
6. Sales: tie-in sales for outgoing trip and return trip and both are sold at released price
7. Price: Price on each segment of outgoing trip and return trip will be 5% lower than the released price of the economic class for individual travelers
8. Reservation: the reservation for outgoing trip and return trip are made according to classes available in the reservation terminal system; Reservation for outgoing trip and return trip must be in same PNR, and the lowest booking class shall be Class U (60% OFF)
9. Calculation: The ticket price printed is the actual collected price after discount. Fares are collected round off to two basic units. For example, if the total fare is 1345.00, 1350 will be the actual collected fare
10. Stopover: stopover between outgoing trip and return trip can not exceed 30 days
3. Endorsement, Modification and Refund:
 
1. Endorsement: endorsement complies with regulations on class booked, but passengers can not endorse to other carriers
2. Modification: If the change is made to the same class, modification complies with regulations on class booked
3. Upgrade: price lag between upgraded class and original class is payable to passenger
4. Refund: refund on single trip is not allowed; and refund is handled according to the regulations on booked class. Service fee is chargeable based on the actual collected price. Only accept online refund
4. Other Regulations:
 
1. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions
2. Marketing and Sales Department of Hainan Airlines keeps the rights of the final explanation of this product
