Endorsement, Modification and Refund

Endorsement: non-endorsement Modification: change date is not allowed; you can change date after upgrade; the price lag can be remitted if the passenger processes refund after upgrade, but the original price is not refunded.

Refund: the ticket purchase on the day of departure and refund applied 60 minutes before flight departure, no service fee will be collected; otherwise only YQ & CN can be refunded.
